Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Long Beach Poly). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Jordan Panthers 56-7. Given the Jackrabbits' advantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 44th, while the Panthers are ranked 437th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.
Deuce Jefferson had another great game (as he tends to do), throwing for 205 yards and four touchdowns while completing 77.8% of his passes. What's more, he racked up 158.6 passer rating, the most he's had since back in September of 2024. Harry Johnson helped Jefferson out on the ground, rushing for 101 yards and one TD.
