Cedar Falls put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season last Friday. They steamrollered Hempstead 39-0. With Cedar Falls ahead 25-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Meanwhile, after having lost a blowout in their contest two weeks ago against Washington, Jefferson were happy to find some success. Jefferson came out on top in a nail-biter against Waterloo West, sneaking past 21-19. The win was a breath of fresh air for Jefferson as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
Cedar Falls took the match and then some with a 45-7 victory the last time the two teams met over Jefferson. Will Cedar Falls repeat their success, or does Jefferson have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
