Shawn Davis Delivers Electric Performance Vs South Lenoir
Starting off the list is East Duplin's Shawn Davis, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Davis rushed for 137 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in August.
Unfortunately for South Lenoir, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Davis. Davis rushed for 104 yards the last time he and the Blue Devils duked it out back in October of 2023.

James Kenan pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Hall and James Kenan will be playing in front of their home fans against Southwest Onslow at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Jamarae Lamb Turns in Another Game with at Least 110 Rushing Yards
Jamarae Lamb's rushing tear continued on Friday as he dropped his fourth-straight game with 110+ rushing yards. He rushed for 141 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.8 yards per carry, and also picked up 68 receiving yards. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 50 yards.
Lamb is probably looking forward to his next game, a home matchup against East Duplin on Friday. When Lamb last faced the Panthers back in October of 2023, he rushed for 151 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.9 yards per carry.
