For Chuckey-Doak's part, Jayden Myers was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching four innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. What's more, Myers posted four strikeouts, the most she's had since back in March. She was also stellar in the batter's box, firing off two triples, three doubles, and two runs while going 5-for-5.
In other batting news, Hayleigh Seidl was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. Elizabeth Shelton was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
Providence Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chuckey-Doak, they have already played their next game, a 16-0 loss against West Greene on the 4th.
