After only two runs in their last match, Beaver Dam made sure to put some runs up on the board against DeForest on Friday. The Golden Beavers blew past the Norskies 16-7. The win continues a trend for the Golden Beavers in their matchups with the Norskies: they've now won six in a row.

Beaver Dam let Emma Julka and Kendall Fakes run wild. Julka went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple, while Fakes went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and two doubles. That's the most doubles Fakes has posted since back in April. Celly Loomans was another key player, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Beaver Dam's record is now 10-5. As for DeForest, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Beaver Dam will take on Kenosha Tremper at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for DeForest, they will face off against Fort Atkinson at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
