The Berlin Redcoats won the last time they faced the Bristol Central Rams, and things went their way on Monday too. Berlin strolled past the Rams with points to spare, taking the game 51-32.
It was another big night for Emma Ellison, who scored 29 points along with seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Brooke Walker was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with eight rebounds.
Berlin is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. As for Bristol Central, they now have a losing record at 7-8.
Berlin will stay at home for another game and welcome the Spartans at 6:00 p.m. on February 2nd. Maloney has now lost seven straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 27. As for Bristol Central, they will head out on the road to square off against the Blue Knights at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Southington focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 on Tuesday.
