The Broughton Capitals's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Athens Drive Jaguars at 6:30  p.m.  on February 13th. Given that  both teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this  matchup.
 Last Friday, Broughton came up short against Sanderson  and fell  56-46. While losing is never fun, Broughton can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings  (they are ranked 209th, while Sanderson is ranked 102nd).
 Despite the  defeat, Broughton had strong showings from  Jordan Page, who  scored nine points along with five  rebounds, and  Hudson Fitzgerald, who  scored 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Chauncey Sumpter, who  scored six points.
 Meanwhile, Athens Drive's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Friday after their seventh straight  defeat. They received a tough blow  as they fell  64-48 to Enloe.
 Broughton's loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Athens Drive, they dropped their record down to 5-17 with that  defeat, which was their fifth straight  at home.
 Broughton beat Athens Drive 68-59  in their previous matchup  two weeks ago. The rematch might be a little tougher for Broughton since the  squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
