In other batting news, Darlene Espinoza was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Olli Fuchs, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Timberline's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Capital has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .498. It's a different story for Timberline, though, as they've only averaged .341. Will they be able to contain Capital's hitters?
Capital might still be hurting after the 11-1 defeat they got from Timberline when the teams last played back in April of 2025. Can the Eagles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
