Mojave won the last time they faced Las Vegas and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Rattlers put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 13-0 win. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Rattlers considering their two-run performance the matchup before.
Emiko-Lin Kalani was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out nine over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while getting on base in two of her four plate appearances.
In other batting news, Jadin Broadnax was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, two doubles, and one triple. That's the most hits she has posted since back in April of 2024. Aurora Scoggins also deserves some recognition as she scored her first run of the season.
