The biggest upset of the week belonged to Menasha, who took down 55th ranked Marshfield, 42-7.
Stevens Point extended the longest winning streak in Valley - South this week by beating Lincoln, 21-19. The victory was the seventh in a row for the team.
Oshkosh North's dynamic duo of Nate Neveau and Phil Brechlin proved tough for Neenah to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Neveau threw for 136 yards and three touchdowns and Brechlin had 57 yards receiving. Shane Hammerseng helped Oshkosh North's passing attack out by catching three balls for 38 yards.
Keiron Howlett was the most productive running back in the league this week. He ran for 76 yards on four carries as the Tigers beat the Rockets. Caleb Cline also contributed to the rushing game with 11 yards on the ground.
Tanner Happe made the biggest impact on defense this week as Marshfield lost to the Bluejays. The 6-foot-0 senior recorded one fumble.
Oshkosh North's Neveau and Brechlin have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Neveau has thrown for 740 yards this season, while Brechlin, a 6-foot-1 receiver, has 27 catches for 431 yards. Riley Gebelein from Dennis Goettl's team leads the league in rushing with 591 yards.
Two of the top units in Valley - South will face off this week when the Tigers take on Stevens Point. Marshfield's offense has racked up 185 points this season, earning them the top spot in the league, while Scott Rice's team has allowed only 110 on the year.
Fond du Lac was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from seventh to fifth in the league. Earlier in the week, the Cardinals defeated Oshkosh West 41-27.
