Despite the loss, Roosevelt had strong showings from Olivia Wren, who scored eight points along with nine rebounds and five assists, and Tamara Behl, who scored 12 points. Wren hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for three straight games.
In what's become a running theme this season, Providence Academy gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They breezed by Buffalo on the road to the tune of 94-49. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Providence Academy has posted yet this season.
It was another big night for Maddyn Greenway, who dropped a double-double on 34 points and ten rebounds. She also posted two blocks for the first time this season. Hope Counts was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds.
Roosevelt's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-5. As for Providence Academy, they pushed their record up to 15-2 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.
This contest is one where the number of possessions is likely to be a big factor: Roosevelt have been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 32.5 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Providence Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 38.2 rebounds per game.
