Gabriel Blaxberg was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only one hit while striking out 11 over six innings pitched. Blaxberg was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
Blaxberg wasn't the only one making solid contact as three players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Dylan McLaughlin, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI.
Meanwhile, Sports Leadership & Management had just enough and edged Largo out 4-3 on Tuesday.
Alex Duncan was excellent, scoring a run while going 3-for-3.
Canterbury's win bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Sports Leadership & Management, their victory bumped their record up to 9-5.
