Carson Cody continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 28 points along with four steals. He has been hot recently, having posted 16 or more points the last five times he's played. Clayton Foster was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with five assists.
Montpelier pushed their record up to 15-3 with that win, which was their seventh straight on the road. As for Randolph, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-7 record this season.
Montpelier will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against North Country Union at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Montpelier's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last 17 games. As for Randolph, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 64-61 loss vs. U-32 on the 10th.
