Jace Pichler was huge no matter where he played even without the win. He tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Those zero hits allowed gave him a new career-low. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going 1-for-5 with one home run and four RBI.
In other batting news, Wyatt Laver made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one home run and two runs.
Kingman's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-5. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. As for Douglass, their loss dropped their record down to 9-5-1.
