Ponder's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They blew past the Pilot Point Bearcats 16-1. Considering the Lions have won six games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Vada Cochrum made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits.
