Edwardsburg entered their tilt with Brandywine on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Bobcats 14-4. The Eddies might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 matchups by eight runs or more this season.

Edwardsburg's win bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Brandywine, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Edwardsburg will face off against Unity Christian on Saturday. As for Brandywine, they will take on Mishawaka Marian at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Knights have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.24 runs per game on average), something the Bobcats will no doubt try to take advantage of.
