Uriah Gatlin was his usual excellent self, rushing for 164 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.6 yards per carry. Those three rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. Demonta Smallwood was in the mix too, providing Gurdon with two TDs.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Gurdon was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 289 rushing yards. They are a perfect 6-0 when they've run for more than 200 yards.
