Tumwater has been on the road for two straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Kelso Hilanders at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Saturday, Tumwater narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Mountain View 51-48.
Tumwater had a senior duo take command as Clay Morgan scored 15 points along with five assists and Nolan Campbell scored 11 points along with five rebounds.
Meanwhile, Kelso took their game on the road on Saturday with ease, bagging a 73-37 victory over Capital. The win made it back-to-back wins for Kelso.
Tumwater's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Kelso, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 2-0.
Everything went Tumwater's way against Kelso in their previous meeting back in December of 2022 as Tumwater made off with a 70-50 win. Does Tumwater have another victory up their sleeve, or will Kelso turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
