The Willits Wolverines will head out on the road to  challenge  the Laytonville Warriors  at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Willits couldn't beat Calistoga  on Monday even though they stacked four runs on them in the second inning. The Wolverines fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of  8-7. The Wolverines' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

 Meanwhile, Laytonville came up short against  Point Arena on Friday, falling  12-2. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Pirates recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.
 Willits' defeat dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Laytonville, their loss dropped their record down to 5-9.
 Willits took their  win against Laytonville  in their previous matchup  back in March by a conclusive  13-3 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolverines since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
