Dorman found their leader in underclassman Makayla Moore, who scored 19 points along with nine steals and six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Moore has scored all season. Morgan White was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with six rebounds and two blocks.
The victory makes it two in a row for Dorman and bumps their season record up to 14-8. As for Wade Hampton, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-7.
Dorman won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Boiling Springs at 6:00 p.m. on January 26th. Boiling Springs has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
