The Northwood Academy Chargers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They took a 56-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of Ben Lippen. While losing is never fun, Northwood Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 208th, while Ben Lippen is ranked 78th).
Northwood Academy's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was D Dickson, who scored 21 points along with 7 rebounds and 4 steals. Another player making a difference was Tyler Jones, who scored 12 points along with 5 rebounds.
