The Milaca Wolves were the 67-52 winner over the Spectrum Sting when they last played one another back in December of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Milaca took a serious blow against Spectrum on Thursday, falling 77-42. Milaca has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Milaca's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Samson Trigg, who scored 9 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Coleton Kiel, who scored 6 points.
Milaca's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Spectrum, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Zimmerman the next time they take the court. Milaca will host Zimmerman at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Spectrum will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
