Ridgway waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 56-50 W against the Telluride Miners. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 46-35 back in January.

Several Miners players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Alex Nieto, who posted 14 points and eight steals. Nieto is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed four or more in each of the last three games he's played. Langston Silbergeld was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with 13 points and nine rebounds.

Ridgway's victory bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Telluride, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season.

Ridgway wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 48-47 win against Dove Creek on the 27th. As for Telluride, they have also already played their next matchup, a 75-35 defeat against Nucla on the 28th.
