The Parkway Center City Bulldogs won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Tuesday. They were outmatched by Sayre on the road and fell 63-25. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Parkway Center City has scored all season.
Several Bulldogs players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jaden McKnight, who scored three points along with 14 rebounds and four steals. McKnight hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Kameron Fortune, who scored seven points along with two steals.
Sayre was led to victory by Carlos Brown and Josh Rollins. Brown scored 17 points, while Rollins scored 17 points. Zahki Solomon was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Parkway Center City's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Sayre, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-4.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games.
