Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Walden Grove). They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat the Cholla Chargers 84-9. The Red Wolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 25 points or more this season.

Walden Grove's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Marisa Bryson, who went 8 of 14 en route to 20 points. Another player making a difference was Angel Amarillas, who went 6 for 9 on her way to 13 points and three steals.

The victory was the fifth in a row for Walden Grove, bringing their record for this year to 8-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.8 points per game. As for Cholla, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-5.

Walden Grove will head out to take on Maricopa at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Cholla, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Rincon/University at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
