Tayson Horak's Big Game Leads Rossville over Mclouth
Tayson Horak's big game helped extend Rossville's winning streak to seven on Friday. Horak did his part (and then some), rushing for 139 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries for the 'W'. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making 12 total tackles and defending a pass.
Rossville's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-3. Horak and Rossville will face off against Jackson Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Nemaha Central Gets a Boost from Hajek in 21-0 Win
Carter Hajek was instrumental in extending Nemaha Central's winning streak to nine on Friday. Hajek was dynamite, rushing for 199 yards and three touchdowns. He has been hot , having posted three or more rushing touchdowns the last six times he's played.
If the past is any indication, Hajek could be in store for another big game when he takes on Osage City on Friday. Hajek rushed for 242 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.3 yards per carry, and also threw for 55 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Indians duked it out back in November of 2023.

Rossville Wins Seventh-Straight Thanks to Conner Bush
Conner Bush's big game helped extend Rossville's winning streak to seven on Friday. Bush turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 84 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries.
This season, Bush has run in 10 touchdowns while averaging 70.6 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had three rushing touchdowns.

Seth Catron Turns in Season-Best Performance
Rossville was led to victory by Seth Catron, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Catron rushed for 80 yards and two touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 61 yards.
For the year, Catron has run in 3 touchdowns while averaging 27.7 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after nine games last season, he was only averaging 16.56 rushing yards per game.

Big Game from Gorden As Perry-Lecompton/Bishop Seabury Academy Won 28-22
Tristan Gorden posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 118 yards and a touchdown on only 15 carries.
The win was the third in a row for Perry-Lecompton/Bishop Seabury Academy, bringing their record for this year to 5-5. Gorden and Perry-Lecompton/Bishop Seabury Academy are on the road again on Friday to play Hayden at 7:00 p.m.
