Kimberton Waldorf was outmatched by Delaware Valley Friends on the road and fell 63-27. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Kimberton Waldorf in their matchups with Delaware Valley Friends: they've now lost seven in a row.
Kimberton Waldorf's loss came about despite a quality game from Martin Rice, who scored 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Colton Mailey, who scored six points.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 80 points the game before, Steiner were a bit more limited in their game back in January. They were dealt a 52-21 defeat at the hands of Garden. Steiner was down 44-13 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Kimberton Waldorf dropped their record down to 1-17 with that loss, which was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Steiner, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Kimberton Waldorf lost to Steiner at home by a decisive 54-35 margin in their previous meeting back in February of 2023. Can Kimberton Waldorf avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
