John Manning Goes Supernova in Windsor Win
Windsor picked up their ninth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to John Manning. Manning turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 111 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries, while also picking up 31 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Windsor pushed their record up to 9-0 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. Manning and Windsor will head out to challenge Bloomfield at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

South Windsor was led to victory by Jake Pflederer, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Pflederer rushed for 190 yards and three touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.

It was an underclassman who stole the show on Friday as Sawyer Pequita came into the match on a mission. Nobody could stop he as he rushed for 85 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 177 yards and two touchdowns while completing 87.5% of his passes.
Enfield has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. Pequita and Enfield will challenge South Windsor at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
