This season hasn't been kind to the Compass Rose Legacy Polar Bears, who are still winless after their fourth matchup. They took a 51-35 bruising from Salem Sayers Baptist Academy on Tuesday. Compass Rose Legacy lost against Salem Sayers Baptist Academy in their previous head to head back in November, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 45-17 score last time.
Despite the loss, Compass Rose Legacy still got an impressive performance from Jaydn Munoz, who scored nine points along with seven rebounds. Munoz continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.
Compass Rose Legacy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Salem Sayers Baptist Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Compass Rose Legacy will head out on the road to face off against Varsity Opponent at 5:30 p.m. on December 21st. Salem Sayers Baptist Academy will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on San Antonio Prep at 5:00 p.m. on January 4, 2024.
