Breckenridge will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Merrill at 7:00 PM. The team will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.
Last week, Breckenridge put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They steamrollered Coleman 61-0. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 42-0.
Meanwhile, Merrill came up short against Ashland, falling 20-32.
Breckenridge's victory lifted them to 4-0 while Merrill's defeat dropped them down to 1-4. We'll see if Breckenridge's success rolls on or if Merrill are able to steal their positive momentum.
