Astronaut hasn't had much luck against Deltona recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The War Eagles will venture away from home to square off against the Wolves at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Astronaut 3.6, Deltona 2.6) so any runs scored will be well earned.
Astronaut let Space Coast stack four runs on them in the third inning on Monday but luckily Astronaut prevailed anyway. The War Eagles came out on top in a nail-biter against the Vipers, sneaking past 7-6. The victory continues a trend for the War Eagles in their matchups with the Vipers: they've now won nine in a row.

Riley Miller spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned (and one unearned) runs on six hits and racked up ten Ks. She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Arielys Rosado, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in February. The team also got some help courtesy of Daisy Mixson, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two stolen bases and two runs.
Deltona came out on top against Lake Mary on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run seventh inning. The Wolves sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-5 win over the Rams.
Allison Moore looked comfortable as she tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.
At the plate, Daisy Dickerson was excellent, going 3-for-4 with two RBI and one double. Amayah Jones was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.
Astronaut's record now sits at 12-5. As for Deltona, their record is now 13-3.
Astronaut suffered a grim 7-0 defeat to Deltona in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. Can the War Eagles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
