Preston came out on top against Pocatello on Wednesday thanks in part to Conner Thomson's efforts. The Thunder had no answer to Thomson as he scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Thomson is becoming a predictor of Preston's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 1-6 when he doesn't).
