Softball Recap: Colonia Has No Trouble Against Perth Amboy

Colonia barely beat Perth Amboy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Patriots put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp 10-4 win on Wednesday. The Patriots might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by six runs or more this season.

Colonia's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-7. As for Perth Amboy, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-5.

Coming up, Colonia will square off against Franklin at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Perth Amboy, they will challenge Spotswood at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
