Leading Legacy Christian Academy to victory were Jacob Thompson and Parker Burke. Thompson dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds, while Burke scored 23 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. The match was Burke's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was David Cancino, who scored four points.
Miami Valley's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Legacy Christian Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Miami Valley will play host again and welcome Middletown Christian, where tip off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Middletown Christian's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season. As for Legacy Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Dayton Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
