The Christian Community Warriors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Garrett Morgan Falcons at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Christian Community will be strutting in after a win while Garrett Morgan will be coming in after a defeat.
In what's become a running theme this season, Christian Community gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They really took it to Heritage Christian for the full four quarters, racking up a 55-25 victory on the road. The win was some much needed relief for Christian Community as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
Among those leading the charge was Sarah Solak, who scored 18 points along with four steals and two blocks. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Lyla Miller was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 14 rebounds.
Garrett Morgan suffered their biggest defeat since December 1, 2023 on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a rough 56-21 loss at the hands of John Marshall.
Christian Community now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Garrett Morgan, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.
