The Xenia Buccaneers pushed their score all the way to 32 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 42-32 to Lima Senior. Xenia has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
It was another big night for Janiaus Hall, who threw for 420 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.8 yards per attempt, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Hall hasn't dropped below three passing touchdowns for six straight games. Chance Sanders also helped out as he racked up 155 receiving yards.
Xenia's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 5-6. As for Lima Senior, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-2.
Xenia does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Lima Senior will head out on the road to face off against Troy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Troy will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.
