Fort Bend Travis' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jordyn Mays, who scored 17 points. Another player making a difference was Mackenzie Teuton, who scored 9 points along with 6 steals.
Defeat or not, Fort Bend Elkins got some senior leadership from Paris Anderson who scored 15 points and Maddie Rhea who scored 12 points.
Fort Bend Travis' win bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Fort Bend Elkins, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-7.
