After having lost a blowout in their previous game against St. Marys, the Tyler Knights were happy to have found some success on Tuesday. They breezed by Madonna on the road to the tune of 69-32. That's another feather in the cap for Tyler, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Tyler got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Braeden Wall out in front who scored 17 points along with six rebounds and two blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Maleah Weber, who scored six points along with seven rebounds and six steals.
Tyler's win bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Madonna, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12.
Tyler will head out on the road to challenge Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully Tyler focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 on Tuesday. Madonna does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
