After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Arp, Harleton was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They strolled past the Queen City Bulldogs with points to spare, taking the game 34-20. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won seven in a row.

Queen City's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jason Joffray, who rushed for 92 yards and a pair of scores. The team also got some help courtesy of Derrell Sewell, who rushed for 69 yards and one TD.

The victory got Harleton back to even at 1-1. As for Queen City, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Harleton has already played their next game, a 62-0 loss against Troup on the 12th. As for Queen City, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 48-18 defeat against Elysian Fields on the 12th.
