Commerce suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Thursday. They were dealt a 71-44 loss at the hands of Ketchum. Commerce has struggled against Ketchum recently, as their contest on Thursday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Meanwhile, Quapaw was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Thursday as they fell 60-54 to Welch. Quapaw has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Commerce's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Quapaw, their loss dropped their record down to 4-9.
Commerce ended up a good deal behind Quapaw in their previous matchup back in January of 2023, losing 69-55. Can Commerce avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
