T.W. Andrews, falling 49-8. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Morehead has scored all season. They got a good chunk of their points from the dynamic duo of
Destiny Minter and
Megan Booker, who each put up three points.
Ananhi Morales held things down on the boards with seven rebounds.
Morehead has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season. As for T.W. Andrews, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-2.
Morehead didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 0-0 victory vs. Walkertown on the 8th. T.W. Andrews has also already played their next match, a 58-40 defeat against Bishop McGuinness on the 8th.
