Kaden Vest Turns in Season-Best Effort
On Friday, Spanish Fork had to settle for second even though Kaden Vest put up the best numbers he has all season. Vest rushed for 325 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 14.1 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an incredible 75 yards.
Vest must have Provo's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. When Vest last faced the Bulldogs back in September of 2023, he rushed for 202 yards and a touchdown.

Gehrig Orchard Delivers Best Effort of Season
Gehrig Orchard produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Provo to the win on Friday. Orchard threw for 503 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.9 yards per attempt.
The win was the fifth in a row for Provo, bringing their record for this year to 5-2. Orchard and Provo are taking a road trip to take on Uintah at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Andrew Hillstead's Big Game Leads Timpanogos over Payson
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Andrew Hillstead stepped things up a notch to give Timpanogos the 'W'. Hillstead was unstoppable, throwing for 195 yards and five touchdowns.
Timpanogos is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. Hillstead and Timpanogos will head out on the road to take on Salem Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Provo Wins Fifth-Straight Thanks to Oliver Mackay
Oliver Mackay was instrumental in extending Provo's winning streak to five on Friday. Mackay's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his eighth straight game with at least 100 rushing yards dating back to last season. He was no stranger to the big play, connecting on a big catch that went for 56 yards.

A Season-Best Performance from Crew Demartini Leads Provo over Spanish Fork
Provo was led to victory by Crew Demartini, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Demartini made six total tackles. The bulk of those receiving yards came from one huge play: a catch that gained an incredible 60 yards.
This year, Demartini has averaged 3.7 total tackles per game and for the season has 5 interceptions.
