After having lost a blowout in their game last week, Red Rock were happy to find some success on Friday. They strolled past Valley Lutheran with points to spare on Friday, taking the matchup 49-32. The victory was some much needed relief for Red Rock as it spelled the end of their three-game losing streak.
The win bumped Red Rock's record up to 3-6. Valley Lutheran are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
It's more conference action for Red Rock and Valley Lutheran in their upcoming matches. Next week Red Rock will take on Antelope at 7:00 PM. Red Rock will be strutting in after a victory while Antelope will be stumbling in from a defeat. Valley Lutheran will take on Scottsdale Preparatory Academy at home at 7:00 PM. Those two teams have had a rocky road up to this point with seven consecutive losses for Valley Lutheran and three for Scottsdale Preparatory Academy.
