That's another feather in the cap for Georgia Christian, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Despite the defeat, Grace Christian Academy had strong showings from Chloe Brogdon, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds and two steals, and Sara Kate Crews, who scored three points along with eight rebounds and two steals. Crews hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games.
Even though they lost, Grace Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive rebounds. This was only their tenth loss (out of 11 games) when they hit their own glass that hard.
Georgia Christian's win bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Grace Christian Academy, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-15.
Georgia Christian will take on Tiftarea Academy at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Georgia (Georgia Christian is ranked 296th, while Tiftarea Academy is ranked 297th). As for Grace Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to challenge Highland Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Grace Christian Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 21 on Tuesday.
