The Lamar Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 21 points or more this season. They blew past Dover 56-35. The win was nothing new for Lamar as they're now sitting on three straight.
Lamar got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Lane Miller out in front who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Caleb Green, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds and three steals.
The win got Lamar back to even at 5-5. As for Dover, their loss dropped their record down to 1-8.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lamar will be home for the holidays to greet Baptist Prep at 7:00 a.m. on Friday. Baptist Prep is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses. As for Dover, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on Central Arkansas Christian at 7:00 p.m. on December 15th. One thing working in Central Arkansas Christian's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last six matches.
