Hubbard moved up to 233 from 260 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in All-American - National. The Eagles climbed the ranks as a result of beating Canfield 58-28.
Poland Seminary took down Beaver 42-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Hubbard's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Brandon Harb threw for 175 and two touchdowns and Isaiah Scott had 62 yards receiving. On the ground Larry Scott chipped in 233 yards. Darnell Tate helped Hubbard's passing attack out by catching one ball for 57 yards.
Hubbard's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Eagles feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Harb has thrown for 1281 yards and 11 touchdowns this season, while Tate has 29 catches for 506 yards. Scott leads the league in rushing with 1264 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when McKinley takes on the Eagles. As it stands, the Red Dragons are in first, while Hubbard is in fourth.
The Eagles made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 3,705 from 4,193. The improvement was the result of 58-28 victory over the Cardinals last week.
