With a playoff game on the line, the Conway Springs Cardinals rose to the challenge on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Chargers 35-6 on the road. The result was nothing new for Conway Springs, who have now won eight matchups by 26 points or more so far this season.
It was another big night for Brayden Kunz, who rushed for 300 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.1 yards per carry. Kunz hasn't dropped below 100 rushing yards for 12 straight games. Nathan Berntsen and his 92 yards on the ground were also a key factor in Conway Springs' win.
The win (which was Conway Springs' 11th in a row) raised their record to 11-2. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 27 points. As for Jefferson County North, their loss dropped their record down to 11-2.
Conway Springs does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Jefferson County North also has no future games currently scheduled.
