North Surry entered their tilt with West Stokes on Friday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They really took it to the West Stokes Wildcats for the full four quarters, racking up a 55-22 win. The Greyhounds have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead North Surry to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kaylyn Collins, who posted 13 points and six steals. Another player making a difference was Zarah Love, who had ten points and five rebounds.

North Surry's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-1. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.3 points per game. As for West Stokes, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

North Surry didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 49-43 win against Reagan on the 30th. As for West Stokes, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 47-44 victory against Mount Airy on the 30th.
