They took their matchup at home with ease, bagging a 59-25 victory over Tiverton. Moses Brown has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 matches by 20 points or more this season.
Moses Brown was led to victory by Jaelynn Perez and Lauren Bousquet. Perez scored ten points along with seven assists and seven rebounds, while Bousquet scored 20 points along with five rebounds and three steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which Bousquet has scored at least a third of Moses Brown's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Marielle Nassiff, who scored eight points along with four steals.
Tiverton lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Cami Oliveira, who scored seven points. Jah'niece Branch was another key contributor, scoring six points.
Moses Brown's win was their 21st straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-1. As for Tiverton, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-10.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Cranston East the next time they take the court. Tiverton will host Cranston East at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, while Moses Brown will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
