Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northwood). They blew past Southern Alamance 7-1 on Monday. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 4-0.
North Moore skirted past Northwood 2-1 in their previous meeting back in September of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for North Moore since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
